NTPC has obtained copyright on in-house developed mill scheduler named TRANSFORM (Thermal units Ramping through AutomatioN and Scheduling of mills in Flexible Operation RegiMe). PE-C&I took the initiative & developed TRANSFORM, with the support of PE-Mech and CC-OS. With the involvement of Vindyachal O&M team, it was successfully implemented in Vindhyachal Unit-11. This solution aids in flexible operation of thermal power plants by automatically initiating start-up / shutdown, loading / unloading of mills during load ramp up/down operation.

On 77th Independence Day program at NETRA, Director (Projects), Shri Ujjwal Kanti Bhattacharya felicitated the team members by presenting Certificate of Appreciation. ED (Engg), Shri M K Srivastava received the certificates on behalf of the team members and presented the same at EOC, Secunderabad on 17th August, 2023.
